We do our best to carefully package the ComfortPillow™ so that it arrives in perfect condition. If your package arrives damaged, please send us a photo to and we will endeavour to find a solution as soon as possible.

You can return the ComfortPillow™ within 28 days without expressing a reason (please note that the pillowcases cannot be returned on their own). However, the revocation must be expressly announced. Simply returning the goods (without an expressed declaration) within 28 days is not sufficient. Please note that only clean and undamaged products can be returned.
